Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders are shipped directly from Indonesia and typically arrive within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs clearance and other logistical factors.

Address Requirements

  • To ensure smooth delivery, we can only ship to commercial or residential addresses.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to non-commercial or non-residential addresses, including SF Lockers or similar locations, at this time.

Return & Cancellation

At VanillaOfGods, we take pride in providing high-quality products crafted to perfection. To ensure the best experience for all our customers, we have outlined the following policy regarding returns and cancellations:

Cancellations

Initiated by the customer

  • Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing an order in this online store. 

  • Depending on the situation, cancellation requests made within 24 hours of placing an order may not always be accommodated; therefore, consider this carefully before placing any order.

  • For orders where payment has already been processed through our website, a standard 5% of the order amount will be withheld if a cancellation refund is requested. This withholding is necessary to cover the payment processing fees charged by our online shop platform and credit card company.

    By placing an order with VanillaOfGods, you acknowledge and accept this term as part of our cancellation refund process.

  • The above terms do not apply to cancellations initiated by VanillaOfGods.

Initiated by VanillaOfGods

  • We may initiate cancellation due to unavoidable reasons such as natural disaster, out-of-stock situations, etc. 

  • In this case, we will notify you via email within 2 business days, and the order will be canceled at the same time.

Refunds

We offer refunds on product purchase prices (excluding delivery costs) if you notify us within 30 days of receiving your order of your intention to return the item.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of food products where the packaging has been opened, unless the product was delivered in a spoiled or unfit condition.

Returning Products

The cost of returning products to us is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will receive an email notifying you of the outcome—approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and the amount will be credited to your PayPal or bank account, which you used to pay for the order on this online store.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be permitted, subject to our approval, once the returned product is received and reviewed. Any payment adjustments necessary for the exchange will be finalized before the replacement product is sent.

Damaged Deliveries

All our deliveries include tracking and insurance. If your order is damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery to ensure we can meet the courier’s insurance claim requirements.

Once we are notified, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue and update you throughout the process. If the insurance claim is approved, we will prioritize sending a replacement product as soon as possible.

Lost Deliveries

While the claims process may take time, we appreciate your patience. Once a resolution is reached, we will take the appropriate steps to ensure you receive your order.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders are shipped from our supplier in Indonesia. Any customs clearance issues, delays, or additional charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not grounds for a refund.
